Moevenpick Asara Resort & Spa Hua Hin, Hua Hin

Our stay at the resort was filled with positives, especially the beautiful surroundings and well-kept amenities. The staff genuinely seemed to care, and we appreciated the helpfulness when we encountered issues. However, the inconsistent service during our check-in process and the limitations we faced with beach access at high tide were disappointing. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, but some aspects could use improvement.

The property is beautiful with large, comfortable villas, and the beachfront area is nicely set up even if there isn't a proper beach. However, the hotel is a bit removed from city attractions, and I had some issues with laundry service and a concerning incident at the pool. Overall, it's a good value but there are a few areas that need improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the property is beautifully designed, and the villas are luxurious with great amenities. On the other hand, the dining and service left much to be desired, especially given the price point. It's a bit remote, making access to nearby attractions a challenge, but if you're looking for a tranquil escape, this could be a solid option.

Our family had an amazing time at the resort! The modern Thai design blended beautifully with nature, and we particularly loved our private pool villa which provided easy access to the pool. The chocolate hour was a delightful treat for the kids, and the dining options at Baandam were unforgettable. However, we had a negative experience with the mosquito spraying that we weren't informed about in advance, which disrupted our stay a little. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway for us.

We had a lovely stay at this resort, enjoying the spacious and clean rooms along with the big pools. The beach was great for swimming, especially for kids. However, the kids club could use more activities, and the service at check-in could definitely improve. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would return to.
